Kanye West hosts another “Donda” listening party: Livestream

Remember two weeks ago when Kanye West started a Donda listening evening? Naive of you to think that there would only be one! Since playing an unfinished version of his new album at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta on July 22, West has been living in said stadium and sharing periodic updates on his progress on Instagram.

Late Wednesday night, Kanye began another live broadcast of himself preparing for the Donda night out, a video look only at him with Chance The Rapper and Mike Dean, lifting weights and push-ups, dressing in Balenciaga and even sleeping.

The official livestream of the Donda listening night, part two, was scheduled to start at 9:30 p.m. ET. It started around 10:25 am. West started to park in the middle of the stadium with a bed, candle, and weights. Eventually, he was joined by a whole crowd of people circling around him, who stayed with him for most of the rest of the event. In the end, West was brought up in the middle of the stadium in the midst of a stream of light.

The version of the album that West played this time around had a few more songs, guests, and updated versions of the songs that were played last time around. Included on the feature list were the Weeknd, Jay-Z, Jay Electronica, Kid Cudi, Travis Scott, Young Thug, Playboi Carti, Pop Smoke, Jadakiss, Lil Yachty, Lil Durk, Roddy Ricch, Westside Gunn, Conway The Machine, the Lox, Fivio Foreign, Baby Keem and more.

You can watch via Apple Music here.

Prior to the airing, another new Beats commercial aired featuring athlete Sha’Carri Richardson and a new song from West called “Glory,” starring Dr. Dre. Check that out below.

Donda is supposed to arrive tonight – we’ll see! For what it’s worth, an Apple Music pre-order page is already live with a placeholder date, listed with 24 tracks in total:

Kim Kardashian and the kids are once again in attendance for the listening party. And in case you are also at the Mercedes-Benz stadium …
