Kanye West wears ski goggles while attending BIG3 basketball tournament in Las Vegas

Kanye West was seen having fun during week two of the BIG3 basketball tournament held at the Orleans Arena in Las Vegas on Saturday.

The hitmaker, 44, appeared to be having a good time as he was seen chatting with fellow rapper Ice Cube as they watched the game from the sidelines.

West’s exit comes shortly after it was revealed that he and model Irina Shayk were “still very dating” despite recent reports suggesting their relationship had broken down.

West wore a puffy black jacket that looked like his recently released collaboration with Gap at the sporting event.

Rapper Stronger also wore leather pants that paired well with his outerwear as he enjoyed the games.

Kanye contrasted the predominant hue of his outfit with a pair of light yellow-brown knee-high boots.

In particular, he wore a ski mask that hid the majority of his face for the duration of the event.

The It Was a Good Day rapper, 52, stayed much more casual watching the games as he wore a graphic print t-shirt and loose jeans, as well as a black baseball cap.

Although West appeared concerned about the event, his appearance came shortly after a source told People that he and model Irina Shayk are still in a relationship.

The insider also said the model, 35, had not refused the rapper’s request to accompany him to France, and noted that he was there to attend a friend’s event.

Specifically, the source noted that the rumors were “not true”. Kanye traveled to Paris for the Balenciaga show to support Demna [Gvasalia]. He had walked in and out, only there for 3 hours.

The insider also spoke briefly about the model’s anger over the public’s perception of her burgeoning relationship with the producer.

They said bluntly, “Irina is so upset by the lies about her and Kanye.”

The two were first romantically linked earlier this year when celebrity gossip Instagram account @deuxmoi reported that the two had secretly started dating.

West was previously married to Kim Kardashian, with whom he shares his daughters North and Chicago, aged eight and three, as well as his sons Saint and Psalm, aged five and two.

The former couple first married in 2014 and stayed strong for several years before the 41-year-old reality TV personality filed for divorce last February.

The Bound 2 rapper has also been linked to designer Alexis Phifer and model Amber Rose in the past.

After her split from Kardashian, West and Shayk kept their romance low-key for several months before TMZ announced that they had taken a romantic trip to France in June.

The rapper’s ex-wife and the model’s ex-partner Bradley Cooper are said to support the couple’s blossoming romance.

However, Page Six reported that the fashion industry figure was not looking to formalize things with the artist earlier this month.

An insider told the media that Shayk ‘likes [West] as a friend, but does not want a relationship with him.

Another source said the model “doesn’t want to be tied with anyone right now… She’s happy to be single.”

However, People noted that the two were still an element and that they recently spent the July 4th weekend together in San Francisco.

Neither West nor Shayk have yet commented publicly on the rumors surrounding their connection.
