Kanye West’s latest shoe, the Yeezy 450 in cloud white, sells out in less than a minute

Kanye West can’t stop his shoes from flying off the shelves.

The latest addition to its line of Adidas shoes sold out within a minute of its release on Saturday morning.

The Yeezy 450 went on sale at Cloud White after first gaining attention in 2020 when the 43-year-old rapper was spotted wearing his alien figure in Paris.

Kanye sported the bizarre shoes while walking through the French town during Paris Fashion Week in March last year.

He was in town to debut his Yeezy Fall 2020 ready-to-wear collection and the shoe’s abstract proportions immediately sparked many memes online.

The model finally reached a wider audience a year later – for those lucky enough to pick up a pair.

Despite the jokes, demand was clearly high for the item as all of the pairs were gone before most fans could even log into the Adidas app or YeezySupply.com to get theirs.

Priced at $ 200 a pair, the Yeezy 450 adopts a gray-beige all-knit construction for a sock-like fit.

But the whole conversation around the shoe has centered around the rib cage shape of its exoskeleton.

Unfortunately for those who cannot buy a pair, they are now resold for up to $ 800.
