Kate Beckinsale has revealed that she has never had cosmetic surgery because she worries something may go wrong.
The 47-year-old actress was speaking in a new interview – also admitting that she’s not completely against the job, despite her fears.
She told the Sunday Times that she knew her mother’s voice would pop up in her head if it went wrong and would tell him that she told him – and admitted that she was frustrated by the resounding hypothesis that she had gone under the knife thanks to her ageless appearance.
“I’m afraid of paralyzing my face!” Kate Beckinsale, 47, revealed she has NEVER had cosmetic surgery and is hoping she ends up looking like her mother, 74, who is “radiant f ** king”
She told the publication: “I have had no [cosmetic work]! I’m not against people who have it. [But] I am really pissed off. It’s kind of a given that I got it, which I literally don’t have.
“I’m afraid of paralyzing my face. My mother’s voice is in my head, very loud, all the time. My mom wouldn’t even have had a facial, she is wary of anything like that and looks fucking radiant and amazing.
“I know if I was doing Botox, I’d be the one with the goosebumps, and my mom would be like, ‘I fucking told you! You see? You should never do that. “
Kate’s mother is actress Judy Loe, 74, the widow of Kate’s father, Rising Damp star Richard Beckinsale, who died in 1979 of a heart attack at the age of 31.

When asked if the aging process had ever crossed her mind, Kate said she wasn’t worried because her family all seem to look younger than they are.
Kate added that because her father passed away so young, she realized that people can transmit at any age and therefore realized that she shouldn’t put so much pressure on her age.
However, she also admitted that she trained five to six times a week to maintain her physique.
Elsewhere in the interview, Kate revealed that she has given up caring about what other people in the film industry think about her appearance.
Kate said: “I know if I did Botox, I would be the one who would get the eye drop, and my mom would go,” I fucking told you! You see? You should never do that! “‘

She admitted that as a new actress, if people see you as attractive, that can act as a springboard; But she was quick to add that professional actresses have to be able to make their selling point more than their looks or else they’re put in a box.
Kate also said she laments the constant demand for feminine appearances, as it leaves many people wondering where the “sweet spot” is.
She concluded that the best way to approach the subject is to accept yourself as you are and to forget what other people think.
During the interview, Kate also touched on her active approach to her Instagram account.
