Middleton took to Instagram on Sunday to share the theme for this year’s initiative, bundled up in a black zip-up puffer jacket. While the look has been around for a while, the style continues to be brought back with new iterations on the catwalks and in department stores each season. From cropped silhouettes to floor-length models, quilted coats are a wardrobe staple. Stars like Ariel Winter, Charlize Theron and Kate Beckinsale have been flaunting the look in recent weeks, proving that the outerwear is ideal for running errands or dressier occasions.
As for Middleton, the Duchess of Cambridge upped the unmissable style by pairing it with a cozy beanie. The knit hat features a pleat detail and is complete with a fluffy pom pom at the top.
