The Duchess of Cambridge recently recycled the blouse during a question-and-answer session on the early years of parenthood after the publication of her ‘milestone’ study. The Duchess can be seen wearing Gucci’s fabulous purple blouse while answering questions from the public in a video released on Saturday.
The video was posted to Instagram and Twitter days after Kensington Royal published the results of the UK’s largest study of early childhood parenting.
The Duchess previously wore the blouse in March 2019 when she made an embarrassing wardrobe mistake.
She wore the purple blouse on a visit to the Henry Fawcett Children’s Center.
However, it appeared that the Duchess was wearing the high back in the front.
In 2019, royal fans noticed that the Duchess was wearing the blouse with the buttons down the front.
But according to Marie Claire, on Gucci’s e-commerce site, images show a model wearing the blouse with the buttons on the back.
The Gucci ponytail silk-satin blouse costs around £ 1,275.
When the Duchess recycled the purple top this weekend, it’s unclear if she fixed her previous wardrobe malfunction.

The royal also revealed what sparked her passion for parenting in infancy and it’s not what people can expect.
She said, “I think people assume that because I’m a parent, that’s why I got interested in the early years.
“It’s really bigger than that. It’s not just about happy, healthy kids.
“This is the company that I hope we can and can become.”
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are parents to Prince George, 7, Princess Charlotte, 5, and Prince Louis, two.
The Duchess added: “It’s really not something we’re going to be able to change quickly and overnight.
“It will take generations and I want to support it for the long term.”
The Cambridge charity gathered the opinions of half a million people in the UK for the study on raising children under five.
In a press release, the report was called a “milestone” for the “Duchess’ work on the importance of early childhood in shaping the rest of our lives and broader societal outcomes.”
In another video posted to Twitter, the Duchess revealed that parents’ loneliness fell from 38%, before the pandemic, to 63% during the crisis.
