Katharine McPhee shares her first photo with her newborn baby saying, “I love being a mom!
Katharine McPhee gives her fans and followers on social media a first glimpse of her newborn son, who arrived on planet Earth less than two weeks ago.
On Saturday, the singer and actress shared an adorable photo of herself, beaming with pride, while cradling her boy in a baby carrier on a casual stroll.
“Just in case you were wondering… I love being a mom!” McPhee, 36, wrote at the top of the image, with a colorful rainbow emoji.

With a smile that helped light up the skies, the former American Idol struck a pose with her arms wrapped around her son, apparently in a suburban California neighborhood.
She kept it casual but stylish in the fashion department in a black skirt, which came down to around mid-calf, and a fitted white shirt with long sleeves.
The Broadway star also donned white sneakers for their walk and pulled her brown braids back into a ponytail.

McPhee, who has yet to publicly share the baby’s name, teased fans by showing only her boy’s head.
There also appeared to be a stuffed animal placed right next to him in the baby pouch.

The 71-year-old is already the proud father of five adult daughters: Sara, 40, Erin, 38, and Jordan, 34, whom he shared with his second wife, Rebecca Dyer.
He also has daughters Allison, 50, and Amy, 47, from previous relationships.

The couple first met in 2006 when McPhee was a contestant in the fifth season of Fox’s American Idol and Foster was a mentor in the singing contest series.
They started dating in 2017, got engaged while on vacation in Italy in July 2018, and finally tie the knot at a church in London, England in June 2019.
McPhee documented her pregnancy on social media with photos that often showed her showing off her plump belly.
The Los Angeles native slips into the role of nanny in Country Comfort, a new musical comedy series that hits Netflix on March 19.
