This message contains spoilers for the last episode of WandaVision.

It was Kathryn hahn all along. Not only was the stage thief actress the constant highlight of WandaVision Like Wanda (Elizabeth Olsen) and Vision’s curious neighbor (Paul Bettany) Agnes, Hahn has been the secret weapon… behind the hugely catchy new theme song “Agatha All Along”. That’s right, it’s Hahn’s golden pipes that sing the Addams Family– style tune written by a duo of writers Robert lopez and Kristen Anderson-Lopez. Which adds another wonderful layer to the title “Agatha All Along”.

Have you found it impossible to get “Agatha All Along” out of your mind since you first heard the revealing theme song during the last one? WandaVision episode, “Breaking the Fourth Wall”? Well, that’s thanks to the talents of Lopez and Anderson-Lopez, who wrote the Earworm, alongside all the other theme songs that have played for WandVisionthe race. And while the songwriting duo lent their own vocals to the songs, with singers like Kathleen Hanna and nameless choruses, Lopez and Anderson-Lopez revealed in an interview with Marvel.com that the singer behind “Agatha All Along” was none other than Hahn herself:

Anderson-Lopez: [Agatha] gets its own theme song which is sort of The Munsters, Addams Family, kind of wizarding, macabre feeling.
Lopez: This is the one Kristen is not on. I’m in the group of guys, backup guys. But Kathryn [Hahn] takes the lead on that one. She was amazing.

As if we couldn’t love Hahn anymore, whose gonzo performance as the wacky and insinuating Agnes role in WandaVision was already a driving force behind the success of the series, she has to go and prove that she is an immense talent who deserves all the renewed internet ardor she receives, and more. Lopez is the first to remind readers that Hahn is a “musical theater star,” whose musical talents are currently showcased on Apple TV +. Central park, On which Anderson-Lopez’s sister, Kate Anderson, works as a composer. “NAd we know, because of that, how amazing his voice is,” Lopez said.

“And it’s such a good sport,” Anderson-Lopez added. “Just half an hour – isn’t that half an hour we worked with her, really?” After that I was like, we have to work with her again. Because she was just a game [for anything], and she was like, [imitates witch] hahaha

I’ve always known Hahn as a thief of comedy scenes in movies like Half brothers, show as Parks and recreation, and dozens more, but I had never known his background in musical theater and I can only be impressed by his perfection WandaVision. Seeing Hahn get to flex not only his comedy chops and singing chops, as well as his role as a supervillain, is about all you could ask for.

Listen to “Agatha All Along,” and get stuck in your head, below.
