White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany and other members of Trump’s communications team have slammed the Washington Post over what was being touted as a historic group of hires in the new Biden administration.
Biden’s transition team revealed on Sunday the women who will lead White House communications, including former Biden campaign student Kate Bedingfield as White House communications director Jen Psaki, attaché Press.
However, a report in the Washington Post suggested an unprecedented nature of President-elect Biden’s female-led communications team.
Jennifer Psaki, a veteran Democratic spokesperson, will be Joe Biden’s White House press secretary, one of seven women who will occupy the top echelons of his administration’s communications staff. This is the first time that all key staff responsible for speaking on behalf of an administration and the formulation of its message will be female, ”the Post wrote.

The Post also shared an Associated Press report that was titled, “Biden Picks Up All-Female Senior White House Press Team.”
McEnany criticized the newspaper for neglecting the women who run the Trump administration’s own communications team.

The male staff of the White House communications team have vouched for their female superiors in reaction to the Post’s reports.
“Since I came to the White House from Trump, a woman has always been my boss. First it was Hope Hicks, Mercedes Schlapp and Sarah Sanders. Then it was Stephanie Grisham. And of course, now , it’s Kayleigh McEnany and Alyssa Farah. Guess the media forgot? “White House Deputy Press Secretary Judd Deere tweeted.

White House communications director Alyssa Farrah took her complaint directly to the Biden-Harris transition, who touted that “for the first time in history” such roles will all be filled by women.
