Is Keanu Reeves a "lonely guy"?
While many of us would gladly chase away our blues in the blink of an eye, we might need to pause on this thought.
According to Keanu's publicist, this report – which was published on the Malaysian publication Star2 on May 28 – could have been "fabricated".
When asked what love meant to him, the 54-year-old actor replied in the story: "You know, I'm the lonely guy. nobody in my life. "
A spokeswoman for Keanu has since declared via HuffPost, stating, "This interview did not take place.
"This has been reconstructed from several interviews and most of these questions have not been asked or answered and they are fabricated."
However, in response to claims, the writer, Star2's American correspondent, Philip Berk, retorted that he had interviewed the star at a press conference for Keanu's upcoming film, John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum.
The press conference is held in April at the Four Seasons New York.
But he clarified that the quote came from a previous interview with Keanu.
Berk is a member (and past president) of the Hollywood Foreign Press Association and a journalist with over 40 years of experience.
He also refuted "the unverified allegation that he made any of his interviews with the actor".
Meanwhile, aside from the third installment of the John Wick series, Keanu also plays a satirical version of himself in the movie Netflix Original, Always Be My Maybe.

Regardless of whether the quote was made or not, we think it will not be difficult to find candidates ready to fill the void of his life.
