“Hey guys, for some of you maybe it’s TMI, but for me my platform has always been used for things much more important than me. Polycystic ovary syndrome has attacked me from the inside out my whole life and I had no idea, ”she began.

“ My acne was so bad that people in my field offered to pay me to fix it. I have tried everything. I have done Accutane TWICE. People say drink water, eat better, but I did it all, I ate all the ‘good’ things, my blood tests were okay, ”she recalls.

“ But it took a personal look at my family, which has a history of diabetes and obesity, to understand what was really happening to me. And unfortunately doctors are people and if you don’t ‘watch the part’ they might not think that’s your problem, ”the Hustlers actress continued.

“They may not even suggest it if you ‘look healthy’ whatever that means! I went to a doctor in tears once and all they offered me was a measles vaccine… Exactly, ”she said.

“I’m posting this to say it’s okay and we can help each other.” My skin has made me sad for many nights, but I don’t let go. I know it’s not me and my body has been seeking help. I don’t have a medical degree, but I did research and took what I learned to a doctor, which led to a proper diagnosis, ”Keke wrote.

“ I’m not saying trust web md for everything, but what I’m saying is no one can help us like we can help ourselves, ” she argued.

‘It makes me especially sad because my family struggled for years and no doctor could help them, they cheated on them and just took their money. It is only because of what my family sacrificed that even allows me to have the resources to share the information I share with you! Keke claimed.

The Illinois native, who hosted this year’s MTV Video Music Awards, wrote: ‘Their fight against poverty has given me a better life and I just want to share what I’m learning. ”

Discussing her experiences, she admitted, “ The least harmful thing PCOS can do is acne. To all those struggling with this, know that you are not alone and that you are still doing so well! My acne has never stopped me. But we did not accept this. Now I can really help KEKE! And I like it so it’s ON.

She concluded, “Pray for me on this trip and I will pray for you too. I’m not afraid to show myself to the world and neither should you.
