The document adds that “the level of conflict between parents has increased. The parties have difficulty in co-parenting due to trust issues between them. ”

The deal means Brandon can visit River Rose, 6, and Remington Alexander, 4, at Kelly’s in Los Angeles. She is currently filming both The Kelly Clarkson Show and The voice there in the middle of the ongoing divorce. The kids are spending Thanksgiving holidays with Brandon and will be joining him over Christmas time as well. After that, Kelly will be able to spend New Years with them. This agreement also states that Brandon will FaceTime the children “at a mutually agreed time.” He has two children from a previous relationship.
A lawsuit against Kelly could be the reason for all this tension
Kelly and Brandon were married for almost seven years before leaving him. Recently, Kelly was the victim of a lawsuit against Brandon’s father, Narvel Blackstock, owner of Starstruck Management Group, for unpaid commissions. He alleges that Kelly owes them $ 1.4 million in unpaid commissions. These commissions would come from Kelly’s earnings as host of The Kelly Clarkson Show and The voice. Kelly had previously had a close relationship with the Blackstock. They’ve been running it for 13 years, so it certainly created a more tense situation.
