Brandon blackstock landed at LAX on Tuesday and made a flat statement … that the judge hasn’t ruled on who gets the Montana ranch.
The point is … Judge A makes the law. Brandon took issue with the marriage contract he signed and if the judge had bought his argument, whatever he and Kelly would have earned during the marriage – and things acquired with that income – would be the property of the community.
But, after a trial, the judge ruled that the marriage contract was valid, which meant Kelly’s gains and acquisitions were hers and hers alone.
In fact, according to the judge’s order, which was signed on September 30, the judge specifically rejected Brandon’s claims, stating: “The Court therefore denies the respondent’s claim. [Brandon’s] position that the Montana Ranch and other Montana properties are matrimonial property owned 50/50 by the Parties. “
TMZ broke the story … Kelly tries to get Brandon to leave the ranch, but so far it has remained in place. A source with direct knowledge tells TMZ … at this point Kelly sees Brandon as a squatter and is looking for how have it removed.
The divorce became final in September, and the judge has yet to settle all questions of ownership and custody.
