After going viral last month with a TikTok video of President Trump contracting COVID-19, Kellyanne Conway’s 16-year-old daughter Claudia auditioned for American Idol.
The teenager returned to TikTok on Sunday afternoon, her first video in nearly three weeks on the social media platform.
Claudia was filming her confessional for the ABC series, production of which began in early October for the 19th season, which is scheduled to begin Sunday, February 14.

“ Hey guys, I’m here at the American Idol confessional, ” young Conway said, while rotating the camera to reveal a film crew cheering her on.
“I met Ryan Seacrest today and I have my audition soon, so stay tuned for that,” Conway added.
“Very, very nervous, but very, very excited,” she added, before giving the camera a kiss and ending the video.

The teenager wore a strapless white dress with a number of silver necklaces dangling around her neck.
Her hair was pulled back in a ponytail with silver earrings with a cross attached to the lower hoop.
Conway has 1.4 million subscribers on TikTok, with the new video recording more than 56,000 likes in the past five hours.

The teenager has shown off her singing skills in other TikTok videos, though she gave no indication of how the audition would go.
American Idol began production on Season 19 in early October, with Deadline reporting that there are “ slight changes ” to the audition episodes.
While previous seasons would feature judges going to different audition sites across the country, but this season the auditions will be held in various locations in California with contestants going there for their audition.

Claudia is the daughter of Kellyanne Conway, who served as an advisor to President Trump from 2017 until August, and lawyer George Conway.
The girl had said in August that she was seeking emancipation from her mother, although they were spotted in October, celebrating Claudia’s sweet 16th birthday.
Claudia also revealed on TikTok in October that her mother had tested positive for the COVID-19 virus.
