The 27-year-old country singer revealed on Thursday that she was with Miranda Lambert at Wednesday night’s Country Music Association (CMA) Awards when she suffered one of her “most embarrassing” moments.

The singer’s accident sparked jokes from fans who couldn’t help but name her song, “Hole in the Bottle,” released in May.
“haha there was indeed a hole in the wine glass but it sounds pretty painful, be careful my love,” replied one of his fans.
“She took her words a little too far I guess,” wrote another.

Hours earlier, the singer had turned heads when she arrived on the red carpet with a unique dress. The star wore a sheer red evening gown adorned with matching 3D flowers and dark green vines.
The awards ceremony was moderated by Reba McEntire and Darius Rucker and concluded with Eric Church winning the first artist of the year award.
