AEW World Champion Kenny Omega nabbed Impact World Champion Rich Swann during tonight’s Hard to Kill main event.

Omega pinned Swann in a six-party tag team match, Omega teaming up with The Good Brothers (Karl Anderson and Doc Gallow), while Swann teaming up with Chris Sabin and Moose. The finish saw Swann score near drops, a sequel to a 450 splash, but Omega ended the match after cutting Swann and pinning him with the One Winged Angel.

The match was originally scheduled to feature Swann as a team with the Motor City Machine Guns. However, it was announced on Friday that Alex Shelley could not make it to Nashville for the show due to unavoidable circumstances. He said he did not have COVID-19.

Omega has appeared regularly at Impact Wrestling since winning the AEW World Championship at AEW Winter is Coming on December 2, lining up with Impact Executive Vice President Don Callis.

The Impact announced ahead of its main event that its next pay-per-view, Rebellion, would take place on April 24.
