A man who was injured and the family of a protester who died after being shot by Kyle Rittenhouse during protests in Kenosha over the summer are now seeking $ 20 million in damages from the city of Wisconsin, his county and law enforcement.
Gaige Grosskreutz, 26, and the parents of Anthony Huber have announced their intention to sue in recently published notices of claim, which usually precede lawsuits against local governments, the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reported.
