Bharti Airtel Ltd .: Stock Market Update: Telecommunication actions are mixed; Bharti Airtel slips 1%

NEW DELHI: Telecoms values ​​were trading differently on Thursday afternoon.

The BSE Telecom index traded 0.39% to 1.147 at around 12:50 pm.

GTL Infrastructure (down 4.46%), GTPL Hathway (down 4.30%), Tejas Networks (down 1.79%), Vindhya Telelinks (down 1.54%) , ITI (down 1.21%), GTL (down 1%) and Bharti Airtel (-0.94%) were the losers in the telecom index.

However, Aksh Optifibre (+ 3.56%), Sterlite Technologies (+ 1.75%), Tata Communications (+ 1.52%), OnMobile Global (+ 0.76%), Himachal Futuristic Communications (+ 0.52%) and Reliance Communications (up 0.15%) were in the green.

MTNL, Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra), Bharti Infratel and Idea Cellular were flat at that time.

Bensemark BSE Senbad was 15 points down to 35,631, while the NSE Nifty50 index was down 5 points to 10,765.

Of the 50 shares of the Nifty index, 28 traded in green, while 22 were in red.

In the Senbad index, 16 stocks were up, while 15 stocks were down.

YES Bank, ITC and Asian Paints were among the top winners in the Senbad index.

Infosys, Vedanta and Tata Motors, however, were among the biggest losers in the Senbad kitty stocks.
