I am in college and I am tired of people who make me ashamed because of my appearance. I'm fat, most parents on mom's side too.
People always make fun of me I've tried diets and a lot of things but I'm still great.
I lose my self-esteem and my grades fall. One guy that I liked said that he does not go out with fat girls.
If he does not date fat girls, then he clearly has a lean brain lacking nutrients and a good sense. Do not get me wrong, everyone has their preference, so try to find someone smarter who prefers you.
Listen, body image is a precarious and scary thing, and you have a choice, at this stage of life. your life, to make a decision about what you want to be, compared to who you are now.
How do you feel about your body? Do you like to? Is not it? If you do, love it and accept it because no one else will do it for you. If not, what do you feel like you want or should you change?
For example, if you want to be in better shape, there are steps you can take to do it. Besides, it is quite possible to have a big bone and to be fit – skinny is not the only representation of health. If you can not change it, then leave it
The way you love your body will teach others how to love it.
And for your opponents, just get away. Their shame is not worth your time, nor your answer. Tell them that they should take care of their own business or look away if your body bothers them so much, then exit to the left.
Finally – and I'm sorry, it's too long – please see a professional nutritionist or counselor at your school. Mental and physical changes take time, and you do not mind getting out of it.
