A Missing Ngara Girls Student Found, Taken for Medical Checks – Police

Saadia Adan, a student at Ngara Girls High School,
disappeared at the end of June, was found in Mombasa on Wednesday.

Police said the 16-year-old form escaped
the county after her mid-term break because she did not want to stay at school.

Adan had been home for 10 days from June 15 when she was brought back to the institution.

She was escorted to school by her older sister Halima on June 25 around 2 pm

She was abandoned inside the school by the sister who then left with other students on his arrival.

The student was last seen on June 27 at around 5:30 pm

Adan's guardian, Ahmed Abdulahi, and his parents said that they visited the school on June 28 but discovered that the point from which she escaped.

Addressing the press, Urban OCPD Eliud Monare said that the girl was
found wandering the streets

"A good Samaritan took her to the police station.
