DHL Zimbabwe is accused of forcing workers to reveal their Ecocash transactions
Some workers have since left the organization to be forced to reveal their transactions while others have been questioned by the authorities of the company after revealing their Ecocash transactions. Human Resources Manager Violet Kadye said she could not comment on the issue.
"No Comments Goodbye," she said before hanging the phone
Efforts to hire her again were unsuccessful as she did not pick up the phone and the questions that were sent to her via WhatsApp remained unanswered.

"It started in March when the Human Resources Department called us and we asked each person to show them their Ecocash transactions and we did not get them. "Those who refused to hand over their phones were threatened."
"The officials said that they would deal with anyone who would not cooperate and that would force everyone to to give up their phones which I believe is private. "
Some people are said to have resigned because of this.
" We were called to the police station around March and when we got there, there were a lot of stories made against us and that forced me to resign. Says a former worker who has resigned.
"We can not even understand what they do, but it's not fair that someone invades someone's privacy."
