CCTV cameras captured eight students burning a dormitory at Kisii High School on Tuesday night. The eight were arrested a few hours after the incident by detectives from the Kisii Police Station.

The County Police Coordinator, Harry Abdi, says that they are conducting other investigations to determine if any staff members were involved.
"Everyone involved will face the force of law, we will not entertain such characters in schools," says Abdi.
The eight people are currently being held at the Kisii Central Police Station and could be brought to justice either today in the afternoon or early Thursday morning.
