The elected and appointed MCA of Homa Bay clashed on Tuesday over corruption charges when the budget was pbaded.
Elected officials were forced to flee a Kisumu hotel after their counterparts stormed their meeting.
Kevine Onyango (nominee) alleged that there were flaws, including allowances that were not proposed by members of the public.
