Among the other calls for tenders examined include the provision of the Oracle database and security solution, the integrated consultation of media campaigns and the call for tenders for the provision and delivery of the extension of the converged infrastructure.

In the call for offers for the KIEM, the audit indicated that the cost of purchasing kits for the new presidential election was inflated by 811 million shillings, the material would have had to be cheaper compared to the amount used in general elections.

He recommended that Chiloba explain why he placed the order for 1,553 transmission units when the service provider indicated that he could only supply 1,000.

"Even the approved purchase application was not subject to review since the documents relating to additional pay were not part of the upfront payment for the 1,000 coins. The accountant and the chief financial officer must explain how the payments were made. "

The audit also revealed that the call for bids for BVR kits, amounting to 435 million shillings, was not properly performed and was recommended that the accountant and the director of legal affairs explain why they concluded the contract without following the correct procedure. Chiloba sued Chebukati and commissioners Abdi Guliye and Boya Molu for contempt of court after they suspended him for the second time. The case must be heard on July 12th.
