Karua who went to the media in court soon after the filing of the appeal said that she would not tire of asking for justice .

"As what I said case was dismissed to Keruguya I will not tire of asking for justice.I am therefore in court to seek justice and we are waiting for that we are given the date, "she said.

" There are many ways to appeal. There are 31 of them. We complain about all the things that we think have gone wrong in the court of Kerugoya, the disappearance of our electronic evidence to the court concluding that it was not filed, "she said

The complaint that the judge dismissed the question of the Corruption was in the appeal.

Karua complained that they had enough evidence, but the court thought the opposite.

"We are here for this superior court, the court of call, look at the report and see everything that happened in Keruguya High Court. She will hear our argument, hear the opposite argument and make a decision, "she said.

"Which we will be satisfied with or not. Our legal system provides for a legal appeal system up to the Supreme Court, "she said.

Karua appoints the first defendant IEBC, Seki Lempaka the second while Governor Ann Waiguru and Peter Ndambiri are the third and fourth respondents respectively.
