Kirinyaga Governor Anne Waiguru has been suspended by two government ministers
The two suspended ministers are Mr Peter Karugumi and Ms Judy Kinyua of Roads and Gender

Kirinyaga County Assembly Majority Leader Kamau Murango said Mr Karugumi was suspended for failure to absorb a budget of Sh248 Millions of cars for parking lots and lots
"The money was for improvement of parking lots in Kagio, Kutus and Kianyaga towns and construct access roads.But he did 1.9 kilometers which was unacceptable," Mr Murango stated.
The Budget and Appropriation Commit (19659005) The Chairman of the Board of Directors David Mathenge said that he has been receiving financial advice for the year 2018/19 Financial year
Mr Mugirango said the Gender boss was punished for allegedly mismanaging Kianyaga Children's Home and failing to table her budget estimates on development.
"The two CECs were suspended and not sacked. After completing the suspension, the governor will know what next. We have written to the governor complaining about their performance and we would be impeached for inefficiency and incompetency, "said Mr Murango
