Kobia suspends payment of 5.9 billion Sh to NYS

CS Public Service Margaret Kobia stopped the processing and payment of Sh 5.9 billion bills 2017 to the National Youth Service.

Sakwa's work will include a review of the legal framework to institutionalize corporate governance including proper oversight of NYS functions.
