Nakuru is a young man who has lost the sentence to a man who has been guilty of selling meat.

Justice Joel Ngugi That Judge James Mukangu Kimani will be appointed to the position of President of the Tribunal.

The Judge also noted Chief Magistrate Bernard Mararo erred in giving Mr. Kimani a fine of Sh50,000 instead of Sh10,000 for the second count.
