It was the song and dance in Kisumu on Wednesday afternoon after the Kisumu appeal court dismissed two electoral petitions against two deputies.

Judges Erastus Githinji, Jamila Mohammed and Hannah Okwengu rejected the Petition election against Bomachoge MP Charles Miruka and his counterpart Likuyani Dr. Enock Kibunguchy

While making the ruling on behalf of his colleagues, the Judge Erastus Githinji ruled that Jeremiah Nyangwara Matoke who appealed against Charles Miruka filed the petition after the stipulated 30 days.

The same fate was reserved for Evans Nabwera who appealed against the election of Dr. Kibunguchy

Proponents of MPs fell in song and dance soon after the decisions

The two petitioners s & d Were moved to court to challenge the election of deputies. due to irregularities in the general election last year.

Now we have to get together and work for the people of Likuyani constituency," Dr. Kibunguchy said shortly after the decision.
