Alibaba Business School and the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) organized a third cohort of e-Founders scholarships in Hangzhou, China, to discuss opportunities for digital transformation of business

The eFounders Fellowship is part of a promise by Jack Ma, Alibaba Group's Executive Chairman and UNCTAD's Special Advisor for Young Entrepreneurs and Small Businesses, to empower 1 000 entrepreneurs from developing countries in five years.
Jack Ma said, "With UNCTAD, enable young African entrepreneurs not only to succeed in their own businesses, but also to return home and show others how to build inclusive business models for the future.
Dr Mukhisa Kituyi, Secretary-General of UNCTAD's third generation of young entrepreneurs, UNCTAD and Alibaba help a new generation of business leaders make the most of the opportunities offered by the e-commerce revolution .
Participants were able to share their knowledge in the areas of e-commerce, payments, logistics, cloud computing, marketing, cross-border commerce and innovation that can be applied to their own markets.
Brian Wong, Vice President Global Initiatives, said, "Our goal is to inspire these young business leaders by sharing our story and showing them the real impact that business models are having. Inclusive business can do on people's daily life. "
