The audio of the 911 call launched after the publication of the car accident involving Kevin Hart explains in detail just how serious the scene was. The witness who called also stated that he saw Hart being pulled out of the driver's side window.
An unidentified man called 911 and said he saw "the driver" get out of the car and "look hurt". He told TMZ that the person he was referring to was a 40-year-old comedian. The witness assumed that Hart was the driver because of the location from which he had been rescued. According to the story of the collision, it was the friend of Hart, Jared Black, who was driving.

CHP spokesman Weston Haver told Yahoo Entertainment that Wednesday morning they were not investigating the fact that Hart was driving.
"I know social media was trying to talk, you know," Kevin Hart was driving ", but as far as the CHP is concerned, we're not investigating this case unless new evidence suggests it's a witness or other kind of mobile phone sequences, "he explained. "Maybe we could examine it at that time, but for the moment, nothing shows any signs of it, no evidence."
Officer Haver also clarified that Hart had no problem leaving the scene of the accident.
"No, it's not a topic we'll investigate further, unless something requires investigation," he said. "[Kevin] left the premises, but still called 911 or someone from the house where he went called 911, so there is no kind of investigation in this direction. "
The CHP is looking into whether excessive speed played a role in the accident, but officer Haver clarified that it was "not really unique" for this particular incident.
"It's something we look at pretty much every collision, so it's not really unique to this collision," he said. "A lot of speed is a factor … but it's a problem that investigator looks into."
Hart was taken to a local hospital after suffering "serious back injuries". He underwent a back surgery Sunday successfully and should recover fully. However, TMZ says it will need intensive physical therapy in the coming weeks.
