Comedian actor Kevin Hart's wife said that he was "going to be well" following a weekend car accident that resulted in a serious back injury.
Eniko Hart was interviewed by a TMZ reporter while she was visiting him at the hospital on Monday. She gave no details beyond this assurance and the press representatives of the actor did not immediately return messages asking for comments.
Hart was a passenger of a 1970 Plymouth Barracuda who was taking a road over Malibu early Sunday morning. He hurtled down an embankment after the police reported that the driver had lost control of his vehicle as he was driving down a canyon road to Mulholland Highway.
Hart, 40, and the driver of the car, Jared Black, were both injured on the back. Another passenger, Rebecca Broxterman, 31, complains only of pain.
