Kevin Hart is currently in a grueling recovery phase after doctors repaired THREE spine fractures … suffered from a terrible car accident over Labor Day weekend.
Informed sources tell us that Kevin's operation on Sunday evening involved fusing the fractures … 2 of them in the thoracic section of the spine and 1 in the lumbar region. Although the procedure was a success, Kevin still goes through hell. We are told that it must be heavily medicated because the pain is just intense.
That said, it could have been a lot worse. Lumbar fractures can often cause at least difficulties to walk and at worst … partial paralysis of the arms or legs. Fortunately for Kevin, we were told that doctors are waiting for him to recover completely, but the road will be long.
As we have reported, he will have Several weeks – if it is not months – before physical rehabilitation. Everyone knows that Kevin is one of the hardest working guys in Hollywood and our sources say that the rehab process will almost certainly affect his overworked schedule.
Kev has at least 5 projects coming up, and these are just the ones that have been announced.
