KFC has come up with a way for hungry gamers to reheat their fried chicken without having to press pause – by launching a good finger-licking video game console with a built-in grill.
“The KFConsole has arrived,” manufacturer Cooler Master announced on its website.
KFC originally posted a video on the KFConsole after the June debut of the Playstation 5, in which they boasted that the craft was “equipped with a red grill”. However, gamers thought the multi-faceted machine was a blunder until manufacturers clarified that it was, in fact, the real deal Tuesday.
“Yes, it’s real” tweeted Intel rep Mark Walton. “Yes, it’s powered by Intel. And yes, there is a chicken warmer.
KFC Gaming same posted an epic video featuring the KFConsole’s state-of-the-art Chicken Chamber, a miniature microwave-like compartment in which button nuts can heat the chicken as they play.
“Using the system’s natural heat and air circulation system, you can now focus on your gameplay and enjoy hot, crispy chicken between games,” according to Cooler Master.
If that weren’t smart enough, the device also offers “smooth and smooth high frame rate gameplay up to 240fps for all games, with support for 240Hz output on 4k displays.” , according to the description.
Unfortunately, KFC has yet to announce when and where the KFConsole will be available.
Players can quell their KFC-related pixel pains in the meantime by playing “I Love You, Colonel Sanders!” dating simulator ”or building KFC restaurants on“ Minecraft ”.
In other seasonal news, Walmart is still serving up KFC’s Scented Fried Chicken Yule Log for the holidays.
