Khloe Kardashian shared a beautiful picture of the delivery Friday. And True was in there too.
Among the flood of photos the "KUWTK" The star posted to mark her daughter's first birthday was one apparently taken just minutes after she gave birth and seconds after she had her makeup and hair done.
This touching and incredibly glamorous shot showed the new mother hugging her firstborn against her chest, creating the need for skin-to-skin contact for the establishment of physiological and psychological links between mother and child.
Khloe seemed more ready to take an editorial photo than an epidural one, with her perfectly pudding lips, her flawless eye shadow, her immaculate mascara and not a single hair of her luscious mane.
There was no evidence of blood, sweat, tears or any other checklist of body fluids that normally accompanies non-television work.
"Happy Birthday my sweetest true You are my ultimate true love!" she wrote on Instagram. "I am honored and so grateful to be your mom! Today and until the end of time, I love you! We have it forever."
Khloe shares the adorable tot with the NBA star Tristan Thompson, whose unfaithfulness was revealed just before his daughter came into the world.
