Chad Isaak, 44, was arrested on Thursday for four counts of murder after the killing in RJR Maintenance & Management, according to Mandan Police Chief Jason Ziegler.

The bodies of three men and one woman were found around 7:30 Monday. They were identified as the owner, Robert Faklar, 52, and employees Adam Fuehrer, 42, Lois Cobb, 45, and William Cobb, 50. Two of the victims were husband and wife, police said on Tuesday.

Initially, the police did not know how they had died, but Ziegler announced during his arrest that they had been stabbed and / or wounded.

Hours of video surveillance led the police to arrest. Investigators were able to identify the vehicle of a suspect, Ziegler said. Authorities found the vehicle and executed a search warrant during Isaak's detention, said Zielger, who revealed evidence allowing the police to arrest him.

The reason for the crimes is still unknown, said Zielger, and the investigation is still ongoing.

RJR is a maintenance and property management company. She posted several statements on Facebook, saying it was closed on Monday and Tuesday.

"We will spend this time discussing our process to advance and mourn the big losses," the company said.

The company plans to hold a press conference on Friday.
