Kim Kardashian appears in turmoil in a preview for the upcoming Keeping Up With the Kardashians season finale.
The clip, which released on Monday, opens with a look back at some of the important family moments that have been documented by E! cameras for 19 seasons.
And it teases an upcoming drama, too, as fans get a glimpse of Kim Kardashian’s battle to save her six-year marriage to Kanye West.
“ I feel like a fucking loser, ” the KKW Beauty mogul tearfully tells her family members as she is overcome with emotion.

Nothing more is shown apart from Kim apparently surrounded by her closest family members, her wedding ring still on her left hand.
In the room with Kim is Kendall, 25, who is also in tears as she listens to her older sister drain her heart.
Earlier this year, it was reported that Kim, 40, would discuss ending her marriage on her E! and that Kanye was “less than happy” that the details were released.
Kim and Kanye – who share North, seven, Saint, five, Chicago, two, and Psalm, 19, together – had been in marriage therapy before Kim filed for divorce last month.

Khloe Kardashian, 36, and once again her boyfriend Tristan Thompson, 29, continue to discuss having another child and appear to be considering using a surrogate.
