Although she did not have any spare ribs, Kardashian admitted that slipping into the dress was a very painful ordeal. The article says that the star had to take breathing lessons to be able to wear the outfit and that this had detrimental consequences on her body.
"I have never felt such pain in my life," Kardashian confessed. "I'm going to have to show you footage of the sequel when I removed it – footprints on my back and my stomach."

In a behind-the-scenes video of Vogue posted shortly after the event, it was revealed that Kardashian had explained to people attending the gala that her outfit had made it difficult for her to sit down and forbade him to use the toilet.
"Anna, if I do not sit down for dinner, now you know why," she laughed, referring to Vogue editor Anna Wintour. Kardashian tried to sit down with the suit for the Vogue cameras. "I can only half sit," she said in the video.
"I can not pee until about four o'clock," Kardashian told Vogue photographers. "So we are developing a plan of what we do in case of emergency."

Kardashian's eye-catching outfit contrasted strikingly with her husband Kanye West's look at the Gala, which consisted simply of a Dickies black jacket and pants, as well as his Yeezy combat boots.
The star has recently reacted to criticism regarding her new shapewear line, whose name should be changed as a result of accusations of cultural appropriation.
