Exclusive details

Kim Kardashian and his legal team helped release another inmate serving a life sentence for a low intensity drug offense … this time in Florida.

Kim made the announcement on Friday saying that a prisoner named Jeffrey Stringer would walk freely and find his family shortly after serving 22 years in prison for life.

She posted this picture of Jeffrey's family members, who are delighted that he has been sentenced to a reduced sentence after more than two decades behind bars.

Sources related to the case tell us that Jeffrey had been convicted of drug possession at the age of 25, but because he had two drug histories … he had life under the federal law of three blows.

His lawyer, Brittany K. Barnett – to whom Kim has awarded Jeffrey's release – told TMZ … they went to court and successfully argued that he should be released under the "First Step Act", that the President Trump promulgated earlier this year.

Barnett, co-founder of Buried alive Rights advocacy group of inmates like Jeffrey, says his "case embodies the catastrophic effect of 3 strikes." We are told that he will be released on Monday.

While Barnett was doing the lawyer, it seems like Kim is paying the bill. As she said, "It gives me such joy to fund this life-saving work."

As you know … Kim devoted a lot of her time to prison reform, helping a Tennessee detainee Cyntoia Brown get clemency and play a role major role by releasing Alice Marie Johnson and Matthew Charles. She even took her cause at the oval office, meet President Trump before the release of Alice.

She's also studying hard for become a lawyer, and co-starring in her boyfriend, Paris HiltonMusic videos.

Busy woman.
