Kim Kardashian is not building an underground cellar

Kim Kardashian has no plans to become a Crypt Keeper.

The 40-year-old KKW Beauty founder has no plans to build an underground vault on her property, according to a report from TMZ.

Unfortunately, one of Kardashian’s neighbors thinks otherwise and has filed a lawsuit to prevent him from renovating his land, as People report.

The lawsuit claims that Kardashian not only plans to build an “underground vault, underground parking lot, adjoining underground ‘wellness center’ and independent guardhouse,” but also plans to flatten two hills on the property.

The neighbor also claims that Kardashian is trying to build on “two high pressure gas transmission lines” and fears it could result in “catastrophic bodily injury” as well as “irreparable damage to personal property.”

Kardashian reportedly intends to build something on the land and followed the proper guidelines to get approval from her owners association, according to the TMZ report, but it’s unclear exactly what she wants to build.

The former reality TV star bought the 15,000 square foot home in 2014 with Kanye West for a whopping $ 20 million. After six years of renovations, the house is now said to be worth an estimated $ 65 million.

The house has come under heavy criticism after the Kardashian-West family opened its doors to Architectural Digest in early 2020 to reveal its “minimal style” makeover – all in white, very little furniture, and almost no interior decor.

“It’s horrible,” one of the Kardashian subscribers commented in the photos, adding, “It’s so cold and scary.”

Hopefully Kim likes it since she’ll keep the house if she and West ever finalize their divorce.
