There is always at least one law school in the first year, and apparently this rule applies to class learning classes. We are talking about the child who can not stop applying legal jargon to every ordinary everyday situation, the endless frustration and embarrassment of those around him.

Last week, Kourtney Kardashian appeared for Ellen on what we should all already suspect: Kim Kardashian is this kid.

"There is one – everything is a responsibility," replied Kourtney. "Like when we were at one of our Sunday services, [her husband] Kanye opens a new window. [West Opens a New Window. ] did and she said – it was inside, at first, it was inside – and she said, "Oh, my God, it's such a responsibility."

"All she will say and say is," If this person is on your property – as she has just been, she knows all these laws now. That's so – "

It's not really a "law of knowledge", it's learning the definition of the word that more or less describes everything the Kardashian clan has done in the last decade.

Frankly, all the critics who make fun of Kardashian's legal dreams have missed the mark. They always question her intellect or her professional ethic when it comes to joining the profession when in reality she always ran the risk that she would approach the job with the same annoying difference that made her famous. In the end, the 1 L in your class who do not stop forcing a vague understanding of legal concepts into everyday conversation truly embody the empty celebrity culture – seeking constant attention for the issues that matter your f ** king hour.

Fortunately, most law students are coming out of this phase. Whether or not this is so or not Kim is an issue that we will simply have to devote to several other reality TV seasons to resolve.
