In a clip from the new season, Kim sits down with Kourtney and completely flips her sh * t upon realizing her sister has a bald spot on top of her head. Which, to be clear, is not because Kourtney is just randomly going bald. It's because of this one time Kourt pulled a JoJo Siwa and wore a high ponytail, and it was all too much for her long-suffering scalp to handle.
In the instantly iconic clip, Kim is just all, "Kourtney, you have a really big spot on the top of your head. Look down. Kourtney. Oh my god, I'm afraid for your life. Have you seen that? Kourtney, your hair is gone. You're bald. "
But wait, it gets better. Kim then quite literally completely seriously says, "Kourtney, you have to go to the hospital right now."
Like … imagine a world where Kourtney Kardashian rolls up to a hospital full of actual sick people at a corner-size patch of baldness atop her head.
