Kim Kardashian’s best friend defends North West painting

Hang it in the Louvre.

After fans rallied to question the legitimacy of an impressive Bob Ross-style painting Kim Kardashian says her daughter made, Kardashian’s best friend came forward to say that 7-year-old North West, really is the artist.

Tracy Romulus, whose daughter Ryan is North’s best friend, said the kids were in a serious art class, which gave North a chance to hone her skills.

“The two girls are taking an art class together and learning oil painting techniques from an instructor,” Romulus explained in an Instagram story. “They spend weeks at a time on one board and are incredibly proud of themselves once they complete a project.”

Romulus said North and Ryan are on a schedule, but “the works are original, from a blank canvas and each child’s interpretation.

Romulus called on people to stop spreading negativity and “doubts about a child’s abilities.”

“It’s people like you who have children [sic] to dream big or reach their full potential, ”she concludes.

Romulus also shared a photo on Instagram of his own daughter’s impressive work.

Eagle-eyed social media users questioned the legitimacy of the painting given North’s age and the fact that his signature appeared to be placed digitally on the canvas.

Kardashian has not commented on her daughter’s painting since the photo was first posted.
