Steph Curry and Klay Thompson know what it’s like to have a perfect pass from Draymond Green that hits you in stride when preparing for a 3 point. The Splash Brothers also know what it’s like to be hit by a stray pass from Draymond every now and then.

“How does it feel – I’ve been in this position before – to head that ball in the first quarter at Draymond?” Thompson asked Curry after the Warriors’ stunning 118-91 victory over the Detroit Pistons. “I felt the same pain and just wanted to hear your mouth.

“If you’re on our team long enough, with all the passing that we do, it’s bound to happen,” said Curry. “We will call this ball-head.

Klay couldn’t help but laugh at Steph’s quick joke.

“I had Spalding here on the side of my forehead,” Curry continued.

“That’s good, though, because he’s going to hit you in the shooting pocket most of the time,” Thompson replied. “But every now and then the dough gets chopped up, you know.”
