It seems that Death Stranding revelations are happening this week.
Twitter's official developer, Kojima Productions, released a new teaser earlier today, hinting at a revelation on Wednesday (May 29th).
The tweet mentions a countdown that has already begun, leading to the unveiling of this week. We do not know exactly what will happen on May 29. It could be a new trailer, or maybe Kojima and Sony will finally reveal what Death Stranding is actually.

Sony has launched into the game by offering a "loop" Death Stranding on its Twitch channel. Looks like a revelation is imminent (thanks, Nibel). The slogan "Tomorrow is in your hands" is also present, and the loop was tweeted by Kojima.

The last trailer of Death Stranding dates back to last year at TGS. Since then, this has been relatively enough on the news front, although we know that the game has entered a "key moment" of its development.
The revelation of this week may come with a publication date, or even a publication window. We could only hope.
