Konami announced on Wednesday the release of the TurboGrafx-16 mini, a preloaded compact console games from the catalog of NECThe original TurboGrafx-16 console.


Konami lists the following initial games for the console version that the company will sell on the American continent:

  • Ninja spirit
  • Ys Book I & II
  • Dungeon Explorer
  • Alien Crush

The TurboGrafx-16 mini will offer Quick Save for recording anytime of the game, various display modes, including 4: 3 format and emulation of CRT scan lines, as well as up to five simultaneous players via a multitape sold separately.

Konami also offers in Japan the console under the name of PC Engine mini with the following initial titles:
