Kourtney Kardashian is here to remind you that Tuesday is the Menstrual hygiene day.
The annual day aims to raise awareness and break the silence around menstrual hygiene. Kardashian, a mother of three, wanted to do her part.
The reality TV star has been watching on Instagram by posting a snapshot of her and her girlfriend Stephanie Shepherd, lying on their stomachs on the beach, in swimsuits revealing a loot.
"Is my buffer chain visible?" Me whispered @steph_shep, "she writes." The source of life should not be embarrassing or difficult to speak. "
Kardashian, 40, added that mothers and girls should not have knowledge about the period.
