Via her lifestyle site Poosh, Kourt shared the photo from the back which shows her walking down a stony path, rocking a bucket hat, thong bikini and red sandals with her followers (along with other photos behind the scenes of her Instagram stories). And his fans are Absolutely here for that.

Kourtney shared that during the pandemic and lockdown she had put on a few pounds amid humiliating comments.

β€œI commented and said, ‘This is the shape of my body. I definitely put on a few pounds during this 40s and I love my body and I’m proud of my shape and obviously I post it and it’s my body shape, ”she told viewers during a YouTube video of Poosh via People. β€œI don’t think I look pregnant at all. We all have a different shape, and that’s my body, and I’m proud of it, that’s how I respond to negative comments.

In addition to the IG photo, she also shared her favorite Pilates moves from her trainer and Pilates instructor, Jesse O’Hara, which give her an ‘instant butt lift’ and round shape. It is a seven-movement workout that includes:

  • Side leg extensions with hip abduction

  • Rainbow leg lifter lying on the side

  • Kneeling fire hydrant bounces

  • Kicking on knees

  • Kneeling circles

  • Quadruped Straight Leg Hip Extensions

  • Quadruped Bent Knee Hip Extensions

In addition to her Pilates routine, she currently follows a vegan diet β€œ95%” of the time, and has shared her entire vegan diet on Poosh. Her meals throughout the day include blueberry bagels, vegan chicken and waffles, and vegan sushi. It sounds like a recipe for a strong body – no editing is needed.
