Kung Fu Sifu action game launches on PC and Playstation consoles this year

Sifu, a new Kung Fu action game developed by Slocap, the team behind Absolver, will be released later this year on PC and consoles.

Revealed in the latest State of Play with a trailer, Sifu will feature intense Kung Fu fights and a gripping storyline where a young student takes revenge on those who murdered his entire family. During his quest he will grow old each time he is defeated, but also more skilled, becoming able to face stronger opponents and finally avenge his family.

On the way to revenge: The assassin hunt will take you through hidden corners of the city, from gang-ravaged suburbs to cold corridors of corporate towers. You have a day and countless enemies in your path. Time will be the price to pay.

Adaptation is the way: Careful positioning and intelligent use of the environment to your advantage are key to your survival. Use whatever is at your disposal: throwables, makeshift weapons, windows and ledges… The odds are stacked against you, and no mercy will be offered.

The training never ends: Kung Fu is a path for the body and the mind. Learn from your mistakes, unlock unique skills, and find the strength within yourself to master the devastating techniques of Pak-Mei Kung-Fu.

Sifu will be released on PC, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5 later this year. A specific release date has yet to be confirmed.
