According to a research note from Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo and obtained by MacRumors, the demand for orders for iPhone 11 and iPhone 11 Pro is ahead of expectations since the beginning of preorders Friday.

Basing its analysis partly on estimates of Apple's online deliveries, Kuo believes that demand is "significantly stronger" iPhone 11 in the new green and purple colors and the iPhone 11 Pro midnight green, but he notes that the latter model is facing production problems and is currently limited.

Green midnight delivery times iPhone 11 Pro, green iPhone 11and purple iPhone 11 are both – three weeks or more. Delivery times for other colors are less than ten days. It should be noted that the glass housings of the night-green models are currently experiencing production problems. Therefore, the shipping time is longer.

Kuo sees the demand for the most expensive iPhone 11 Pro being higher in the United States, while the cheaper iPhone 11 The series is doing particularly well in the Chinese market. As a result, TF Securities has increased its forecast of iPhone 11 shipments in 2019 from 70 to 75 million units (against 65 to 70 million units), and predicts that the iPhone supply chain will increase steadily in the fourth quarter.

Kuo believes that the iPhone 11 is an excellent choice of upgrade for iPhone 6 / 6s / 7 users, especially because of its lower price, which equates to about 1 to 1.3 times the average monthly salary in China. Kuo said that this situation was "close to the reasonable price", since the price equivalent of the iPhone XR was 1.5 to 1.7 times the average monthly salary in China. In addition to Apple's aggressive pricing strategy, Kuo notes that 24-month interest-free payment plans also lower the barriers to purchase.

The successors of the iPhone XS and XS Max, the iPhone 11 Pro and 11 Pro Max, unveiled last week, feature rear-facing triple-lens cameras that enhance photo and video capabilities. The cheapest iPhone 11 series, which succeeds the iPhone XR, includes a number of upgrades, such as a dual lens rear camera, six new colors, a Bionic A13 chip and a Dolby Atmos sound.

the iPhone 11 starts at $ 699, which is $ 50 less than the iPhone XR, while the iPhone 11 Pro starts at $ 999 and the Pro Max starts at $ 1,099. The new Apple handsets officially begin being marketed this Friday, September 20th.
